1 Prices
Unless otherwise specified, they are In USD.
2 Fees other than product prices
  Unless otherwise specified at the time of the quotation, shipping charges, vat,
  import tariffs, service charges, etc., are not included.
3 Order Confirmation
  Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation mail with the total price, including
  shipping fees. Order will only be confirmed once you reply to the confirmation mail.
4 Quality
  We pay extra attention to maintaining quality.
  Please check the products upon delivery against shipping documents and
  inform us of any problem within 48 hours after the delivery.
5 Return policy
  Basically, we do not accept any returns or exchanges,
  however we will respond promptly with below claims:
  * Wrong products were shipped
  * Any damage, defect, etc., found in the products
  in the event that you receive a defective product or an item damaged during shipping,
please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the product with a description of the problem
(a picture would be helpful). We will refund or replace the defective product.
In this case, the shipping cost will be borne by us.
6 Remedies and Limitations
  Should any product fail to perform as warranted or for any other claims arising from the
purchase of products from us, our liability and your remedy are strictly limited to the
  purchase price or replacement, at our sole option, of the product sold.

1 PayPal
PayPal is a convenient way to make a payment with a credit card.
We will send you a PayPal invoice to your E-mail address, and you can
follow the instructions to proceed with payment with your credit card.

2 Bank Wire Transfer - Advance Payment
  We accept bank remittances.
  For bank wire, please note that the remittance charge at your local
  bank is your burden, and the net amount should be sent to our bank account.
  Our bank information will be provided in the quote or order confirmation mail.
3 Bank Wire Transfer - NET 30 Term (payment within 30 days upon receiving item)
  NET30 Term can be applied only to the following US institutions.
   - Schools (Incorporated educational institution.)
   - Governmental and municipal offices.
   - Incorporated administrative institutions.
   - Incorporated hospital and medical institution.
   - Listed Company.
   - The company which meets the criteria of our financial regulation.
* Please note that we set limits to the total amount that can be paid with NET30
by the organization, or the product. All Made-to-order products must be paid in advance.


   Shipping Information

1 EMS (Post office) or Yamato/UPS services.
  We deliver our products globally.
  Most of our item is shipped from Japan with EMS (Post office) or Yamato/UPS services.
  Delivery time depends on destination and stock availability.
  We will provide a tracking number upon delivery, and the package can be
  tracked at any time using the carrier tracking system.
2 Shipping with the Customer's account
  If you have an account for such couriers as FedEx, DHL, UPS etc.,
  and would like to use your account for delivery, we can arrange it for you too.
  In such a case, please provide your courier account information when ordering.
3 Shipping Cost
  The total amount will vary depending on the product, quantity,
  and destination and will be estimated at the time of quotation.
4 Tax
  We ship our items from Japan, and you may be charged with fee at the custom in your country.
  We can not know whether or not your package will be charged or how much it will cost.
  In any case, the customs duty is the recipient's responsibility.
  You will usually receive a postcard from the local authorities if duties must be paid,
  and it generally is paid at the post office.
  Please note that the payment method may differ depending on the country.
